Friends, there are so many scriptural references to a farmer, the seeds he plants, and his harvest.
Many of us are waiting for a certain crop to yield fruit, but what have we planted? How much did we plant?
We cannot expect to plant one row of seeds and harvest a storehouse. Nor can we expect to plant weeds and gain a carrot or a head of cabbage.
The Bible says that he who sows sparingly will reap sparingly and he who sows plentifully will reap plentifully. The question is, exactly what are we sowing, and how much?
What are you looking to gain? Sow it. Looking for friends? Become a friend. Need finances? Give to someone in need.
If you sow sparingly, you will reap sparingly; if you sow plentifully, you will reap plentifully. It’s the Law of Sowing and Reaping.
What is one thing you can do today to multiply the harvest you desire?
"But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully." 2 Corinthians 9:6
"The wicked worketh a deceitful work: But to him that soweth righteousness shall be a sure reward." Proverbs 11:18
